Student delegation from Georgia Tech visits XJTU

From May 7-12, 2019, Grace Harper and Courtenay Morse, representatives from the Georgia Institute of Technology (Georgia Tech) visited XJTU and had exchanges with undergraduate students of the XJTU Pilot Class in Mathematics at the invitation of the Qian Xuesen College and the School of Mathematics and Statistics of XJTU. Various activities were organized to enhance understanding and promote friendship between XJTU and Georgia Tech.

XJTU international cooperative paper wins 2018 Richard B. Schultz Best Transactions Paper Award

Recently, the cooperative paper of a research team led by professor Xie Yanzhao from XJTU's School of Electrical Engineering and a research team led by professor Farhad Rachidi from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Lausanne (EPFL) won the 2018 Richard B. Schultz Best Transactions Paper Award after selection of the IEEE Transactions on Electromagnetic Compatibility (IEEE T-EMC), an authoritative journal in the field of electromagnetic compatibility.

XJTU co-authored research wins 2018 Richard Schulze Best Paper Award

Recently, IEEE Transactions on Electromagnetic Compatibility, an international authoritative journal, granted Farhad Rachidi of cole Polytechnique Fdralede Lausanne and Xie Yanzhao of XJTU, as well as their teams, the 2018 Richard Schulze Best Paper Award, for their co-authored paper entitled A Full-Scale Experimental Validation of Electromagnetic Time Reversal Applied to Locate Disturbances in Overhead Power Distribution Lines, which is of great academic value and influence last year.
