SKEMA Business School delegation visits XJTU to deepen strategic partnership
The SKEMA delegation visits XJTU's School of Management.
Patrice Houdayer, deputy dean of SKEMA Business School (France), led a delegation to visit Xi'an Jiaotong University (XJTU) on June 24.
Zhang Liqun, president of XJTU, stated that the university's Business Administration discipline has long ranked among China's top-tier programs. Through deep collaboration with renowned global institutions, XJTU is committed to cultivating internationally competitive interdisciplinary management talent.
He hopes to further deepen faculty-student exchange mechanisms, broaden academic collaboration channels, and pioneer educational cooperation between the two institutions, jointly opening a new chapter in global education.
Houdayer emphasized that the high-quality development of their joint programs was a result of mutual dedication. He noted SKEMA's honor in co-creating educational initiatives with XJTU that serve China's socio-economic development needs.
SKEMA aims to establish a more robust, long-term strategic partnership with XJTU, proposing deeper collaboration in developing new programs, strengthening academic exchanges, and expanding joint research to elevate Sino-French educational cooperation.
SKEMA delegates also held extensive discussions with XJTU's School of Management to explore new programs, establish a European research center, and enhance faculty-student exchanges.
The delegation visited the university-enterprise joint research center at the School of Electrical Engineering and the XJTU-POLIMI Joint School, praising XJTU's achievements in scientific innovation, industry-academia integration, and global collaboration.
