XJTU plucked prizes on CADC 2015

The challenge was co-sponsored by the State Administration of Sports, the Chinese Ministry of Education, and the organizing committee of CADC 2015. The challenge gathered over 1800 students from 91 universities, including Tsinghua University, Zhejiang University, XJTU, Harbin Institute of Technology, Beihang University and Northwestern Polytechnical University etc. XJTU aeromodelling team participated into four challenge items, such as land scouting, moon orbiting, vertical landing and take-off, and solar energy-driven airplanes etc. Through fierce flight competition and innovative presentations, XJTU earned two championship prizes, one second-place prize, five first prizes, four second prizes and one third prizes, ranking among the top in terms of number of prizes.
