Representatives from XJTU and the Assembly of Youth discuss future cooperation in international projects and youth cultivation.

A delegation led by Timur Jumurbayev, chairman of the Republican Youth Organization "Assembly of Youth" from Kazakhstan, visited Xi'an Jiaotong University (XJTU) on May 13.

Wang Huan, deputy secretary of the CPC XJTU Committee, stated that the university has attached great importance to international exchanges and cooperation, maintaining strong partnerships with multiple Kazakh universities in talent cultivation, scientific research, and other areas.

She expressed hope that both sides would take the exchange as an opportunity to deepen cooperation in student exchanges, cultural interactions, innovation, and entrepreneurship, while creating more opportunities for mutual learning and exchanges between the youth of both nations.

Jumurbayev noted that as a renowned Chinese university, XJTU has achieved remarkable results in cultivating international talent. The Assembly of Youth has been promoting exchanges and cooperation among youth since its establishment. He expressed a desire to further strengthen cooperation between the youth of both sides in areas such as cultural exchanges, innovation, and entrepreneurship.

The two sides engaged in an in-depth exchange regarding their youth work. Bi Xiaonan, deputy secretary of the Communist Youth League of the China XJTU Committee, introduced the university's initiatives in youth ideological guidance, volunteer services, social practice, and innovation and entrepreneurship.

Kazakh international students from XJTU shared their academic and personal experiences on campus. They spoke about their self-growth amidst multicultural integration, demonstrating the close interactions and people-to-people bonds between Chinese and Kazakh youth.

Both sides will take the exchange as an opportunity to further deepen their connections, expand cooperation, and work together for a brighter future.
