Over 200 experts and participants gather for the Forum on High-Quality Development of Intercultural Education.

More than 200 participants from government departments, universities, and enterprises gathered on April 25 at Xi'an Jiaotong University (XJTU)'s Xingqing Campus for the Forum on High-Quality Development of Intercultural Education.

At the forum, participating scholars engaged in deep exchanges to explore new philosophies, paths, and paradigms for cultivating international students in the modern era. XJTU unveiled the Intercultural Education Research Institute, which aims to advance the construction of the China-SCO Higher Education Cooperation Center, build a platform for Sino-foreign cultural exchanges, and develop a high-level hub for intercultural research, think-tank services, and international talent cultivation.

Relying on the new institute, XJTU signed partnership agreements with three leading enterprises, seeking to create an innovation platform across disciplines and industries that enhances the effectiveness of international industry-education integration and talent development. The institute itself will bring together renowned domestic scholars and industry elites to provide academic leadership and intellectual support for its high-quality growth.
