The conference attracted 1,021 organizations from 29 regions, including major economic centers like Beijing, Shanghai, and Guangdong. It featured diverse industries such as manufacturing, energy, IT, and national defense, offering over 70,000 job opportunities across 19 sectors.

Regional groups from 20 areas, including Chongqing and Shandong, brought local enterprises to recruit talent. Notable companies like China Aerospace First Academy, Huawei, and ZTE provided numerous high-caliber positions. Over 460 key units from Fortune 500 and China's top 500 companies participated, highlighting the strong demand for skilled graduates.

Approximately 30,000 students from various universities, including international institutions like the National University of Singapore, attended. This reflects the critical role universities play in integrating education and talent development, with campus recruitment linking talent supply and demand.

Among the employers, central enterprises, national defense units, Fortune 500 companies, and research institutes made up 48.9% of participants. Shan Zhiwei, vice president of Xi'an Jiaotong University, engaged with key employers to understand employment trends, while students showed strong interest in national fields and grassroots units.

Innovative services like resume diagnostics and AI job search experiences were introduced to better prepare students for recruitment. With about 14,000 graduates in the 2026 cohort, enthusiasm for job hunting was notably high. Zheng Xuhong, director of the Student Employment and Entrepreneurship Guidance Service Center, emphasized the university's commitment to enhancing employment guidance services.
