The 2025 "Challenge Cup - National Innovation Competition" Gold Award Project Summer Camp commenced on June 2 at Xi'an Jiaotong University in Xi'an, Shaanxi province. Mayor Ye Niuping of Xi'an and Party Secretary Lu Jianjun of the university attended, along with representatives from government departments and local enterprises.

Lu Jianjun highlighted the university's success in attracting over 330 financial institutions to participate in the collaborative innovation ecosystem since launching the "Industry Education Integration and Collaborative Education" project in 2021. With more than 2,000 authorized patents and impressive conversion rates, the university plays a vital role in supporting national strategic needs and industrial innovation.
