Xi'an Jiaotong University recently held the Student Entrepreneurship Practice Achievement Exhibition and the 11th Anniversary Theme Forum for "Maker Hub" on May 10-11 at its Xingqing Campus in Xi'an, Shaanxi province, Northwest China.

The event aimed to advance the fusion of education, technology, and talent while fostering an innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem for college students in the modern era.

Activities included the College Student Entrepreneurship Practice and the 11th Anniversary Achievement Exhibition of "Maker Hub," a College Student Entrepreneurship Practice Theme Forum, a Project Roadshow for College Student "Maker Hub" Entrepreneurship, and a Technology Entrepreneurship Workshop Training. These initiatives facilitated the exchange of ideas among accomplished young entrepreneurial alumni and representatives from collaborative units, leveraging entrepreneurship to drive employment and nurture exceptional innovative and entrepreneurial talents.

The Achievement Exhibition showcased 15 student projects that had secured national competition gold awards between 2023 and 2025, successful incubated enterprises from 2014 to 2025, and alumni entrepreneurship ventures. The Project Roadshow featured 10 pioneering projects focusing on artificial intelligence, healthcare, new energy, and environmental conservation.

The alumni and cooperative enterprise job fair welcomed  over 50 prominent companies, facilitating connections between college students and enterprises. An awarding and appointment ceremony honored 18 outstanding entrepreneurs, including Li Yi, who received college student entrepreneurship mentor appointment letters.

The event concluded with a technology entrepreneurship workshop training on May 11, drawing nearly a hundred students from six universities in Xi'an to participate.
