The English journal Renewable Energy System and Equipment is launched by XJTU and XIHARI.

The inaugural issue of the English-language journal ‌Renewable Energy System and Equipment‌, jointly launched by Xi'an Jiaotong University (XJTU) and Xi'an High Voltage Apparatus Research Institute Co (XIHARI), has been released. All papers in this issue are by academician-led research teams.

Academician Wang Qiuliang from the Chinese Academy of Sciences' Institute of Electrical Engineering serves as the editor-in-chief, while XJTU's Professor Rong Mingzhe acts as the executive editor-in-chief. The journal's honorary editorial advisory board members include 16 academicians, with Liu Jizhen as its director.

The first issue features papers from six academician-led teams, including those of Liu Jizhen, Shu Yinbiao, Yang Yongping, Tang Guangfu, Wang Qiuliang, and Ye Siyu:
