XJTU's "EI Xiaozhi" intelligent service platform provides access for visitors, staff members, and students.

Coinciding with Xi'an Jiaotong University's (XJTU) 129th anniversary, the Faculty of Electronics and Information launched the "EI Xiaozhi" intelligent service platform based on the DeepSeek model.

As XJTU's first intelligent agent website jointly developed by the university and enterprises, "EI Xiaozhi" adopts the latest DeepSeek-R1 model. Compared to commonly available AI models, this system has undergone in-depth optimization for university scenarios.

By integrating the knowledge graph accumulated through the Faculty of Electronics and Information's educational endeavors, it has constructed an exclusive XJTU electronic information knowledge base containing over 10,000 structured data entries, ensuring the service response accuracy rate exceeds 95 percent.

The platform is designed with a dual service system: for social visitors, it provides basic services such as enrollment policy interpretation and achievement displays, and for university staff members and students, it opens up in-depth functions such as information consultation, service guides, and teacher information.

The planned second phase of "EI Xiaozhi" will focus on breakthroughs in key areas such as cross-campus collaborative services, intelligent analysis of scientific research data, and dynamic evaluation of teaching quality, aiming to create a smart education ecosystem with demonstrative significance.
