Mutual understanding between peoples is the foundation of humanitarian cooperation within the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO), and education is the main vector of development of humanitarian cooperation. Sophia Ushurova, as the secretary-general of the Working Council for Promoting Cooperation in Education between China and Central Asia and a professor at the Xi'an Jiaotong University (XJTU) School of Law, will tell us about educational cooperation within the SCO.
