Deputy Secretary of the CPC Xi'an Jiaotong University Committee

Wang Huan, female, of the Han ethnic group, was born in January 1981. She holds a master's degree and is a member of the Communist Party of China.

She is responsible for student work.

She has successively served as deputy director of the university's Celebration Office, deputy director of the Student Affairs Office, political commissar of the Security Office, director of the Student Affairs Department of the Party Committee, director of the Student Affairs Department, director of the Armed Forces Department (concurrently), secretary of the Party Committee of College Students, and vice-dean of the School of Innovation and Entrepreneurship (concurrently).

In January 2024, she was appointed as deputy secretary of the CPC XJTU Committee.
