On April 15, Xi'an Jiaotong University (XJTU) hosted a forum on how Artificial Intelligence (AI) can empower education, with the Chinese Academy of Engineering (CAE) and the International Knowledge Center for Engineering Sciences and Technology (IKCEST) acting as sponsors under the auspices of UNESCO.

CAE academicians, university presidents, and over 800 representatives from universities, governments, and business circles attended the forum, which focused on the new paradigm of AI empowering education, human factors, the cognitive environment, big data knowledge engineering, and other frontier issues and important directions of the integration of information technology and education. The event invited well-known domestic universities, research institutes, and leading enterprises to make special reports.
