On September 10, at the invitation of Amy Gutmann, chancellor of the University of Pennsylvania and chair of SILFEN Forum, VP Zheng QInghua, and Persons-in-charge of Office of Outstanding Students Education and Department of International Cooperation and Exchanges attended the forum at UPenn China Wharton Business Center in Beijing and held discussions for potential cooperation.
