Results of the 2019-2020 Search for College Students Hero of Entrepreneurship were released January 19, 2021. Li Haoxuan, ACCA student of XJTU's School of Management, was among the top 10 heroes. Wang Haochong, graduated with a Master's Degree from XJTU's School of Mechanical Engineering, was among the top 100. This activity was jointly organized by China Youth Daily and the Know About Business (KAB) Nationwide Promotion Office.

Li Haoxuan began his undergraduate study in 2016, majoring in ACCA in the School of Management, XJTU. He is the Global Youth Environmental Protection Innovation Leader and the founder of Xi’an Water Power Science and Technology Co., Ltd. He has won more than 20 nation/international-level awards, such as gold awards of the “Create the Youth” China Youth Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition and the “Nationwide Business Innovation Cup” Competition. Granted the honor of being on the “Xiaoping Scientific Innovation Team” , Li is also among the 2020 Forbes China 30 under 30.

Wang Haochong graduated with a Master's Degree from the Medicine and Engineering Interdisciplinary Institute, School of Mechanical Engineering, XJTU. He is the CEO of Xi'an Zhentai Intelligent Science and Technology Co., Ltd., and was also included in the 2019 Forbes China 30 Under 30. Professors Luo Ailing and Xu Guanghua were his supervisors when studying at XJTU, where he had opportunities to participate in the brain-computer interface (BCI) and rehabilitation robot research. His company's research group won the World Medical Robot Innovation Contest (China) championship, and the nationwide grand championship of Lenovo AI Elites’ Challenge for College Students, the gold award of “Internet Plus” China College Students Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition, and 10 additional awards from home and abroad.
