From June 23 to 24, 2018, the 35thShaanxi Swimming Championship of Universities was held in the Lintong Campus of Xi'an Polytechnic University.

The XJTU swimming team won 17 first-prize medals, and broke the records of 50m and100m freestyle in Women's B Grade (winner's name: Cheng Lixue), 50m breaststroke of Men's A Grade (winner's name: LiChong), 4×100m, 4×200m freestyle, and 4×100m medley race of Men's Grade A (winner's name: Li Chong, Zeng Ruilin, YuLanchenhui, Xuan Yan), and other six records.
