On September 7, 2017, nearly 100 students from Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of China, who participated in "the Belt and Road" Study Camp in XJTU. The students found out thelong history and scientific achievements of XJTU and exchanged ideas with the students from the High School Affiliated to XJTU.

XJTU organized various activities for the Hong Kong students, including lectures, colloquia, and campus tours, all designed to give the students a chance for closer understanding the culture of the Silk Road and the campus life in XJTU.
