President of University of Antwerp visited XJTU and signed MOU
On May 27th Morning, Vice President Johan Meeusen visited XJTU, during his visit discussed with Vice Presideng Xi Guang.
Vice President Xi Guang introduced XJTU’s discipline building, teaching and research, faculty building, etc. , and emphatically introduced the future prospect of Western China Science and Technology Innovation Harbor. He also expressed the wills to cooperate with University of Antwerp.
Vice President Johan Meeusen introduced University of Antwerp, including the university mission, development status, and future planning. The students of Vice President Xi Guang and Vice President Johan Meeusen signed the Memorandum of Understanding between Xi’an Jiaotong University and University of Antwerp during the meeting. University of Antwerp formally became a member of the University Alliance of Silk Road.
