The center of “reform of pilot exploration and assessment of collaborative innovation” was inaugurated in XJTU
The center of "reform of pilot exploration and assessment of collaborative innovation" was inaugurated by the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) and Xi'an Jiaotong University (XJTU) on April 11, and the first international forum of "reform of pilot exploration and assessment of collaborative innovation" was held at the same time. Experts and scholars at home and abroad gathered together to witness the ceremony and discuss hot topic like One Belt And One Road, as well as reform and innovation, and evaluation of results of reform in terms of society, economy, education, and culture.
In order to solve the problems in China's reform and offer advice and suggestions to our country, making full use of universities' research strength and conducting extensive cooperation, NDRC and XJTU jointly set up the center of "reform of pilot exploration and assessment of collaborative innovation" in 2014. Attaching to School of Management of XJTU, the center aims at integrating good resources of government, industry, university, and institute to build a world class research platform and tackle major tasks. The purpose is to become one of the most influential think tanks in China, train elites, promote academic exchange, and provide economic development with the support of high quality talents. On behalf of XJTU, the president Wang Shuguo signed contracts with the president of Kyrgyzstan Normal University and the president of Kyrgyzstan Transport and Construction University respectively. XJTU will start a deep and extensive cooperation with two universities in terms of innovative research, elites training, and services.
