The teachers and students went to Taiwan and attended the First Nanobiomedicine Photoelectricity Seminar cross the Strait
The First Nanobiomedicine and Photoelectricity Seminar cross the Strait was held in Taiwan from October 26 to November 1. The seminar was jointly initiated by professor Yang Zhizhong from the Photoelectricity Research Institute of Taiwan University and professor Zhang Zhenxi from the School of Life Science and Technology. Relevant experts cross the Straitareinvited to the seminar to exchange ideas and discuss by theme reports.
26 experts and scholars from Taiwan University, the Applied Science Research Center of Taiwan Central Research Institute, Taiwan Biomedicine and Nanomedicine Research Institute, Chenggong University, Taiwan Normal University, Xinzhu Tsinghua University, Xinzhu Jiaotong University, Xi'an Jiaotong University, the Semiconductor Research Institute of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Zhejiang University, Jilin University, China Medicine University and Xi'an Tianlong Science and Technology Co., ltd attended the seminar. The topics of the seminar covered the latest research contents like the preparation of nanomaterial, functionalization, optical and thermal tracer, medicine delivery biomarker, imaging technology and the targeting inactivation of tumor cell. Theattendees greatly expanded their academic ken and thought by exchange and discussion.
Professor Zhang Zhenxi from the Molecular Instrument Research Institute of the School of Life Science and Technology reported the research work of the research group over the years, which included the photodynamictherapy research of nanomaterial, heart cursor measuring technology and the photocatalysis inactivation effect of nanomaterial on tumor cell. Associate professor Yao Cuiping delivered a theme report on the micro-operation of surface decorated nanomaterial, which includes photoperforation based on gold nanoparticles and the imaging and cell inactivation research based on gold nanoparticles and gold magnet nanoparticles and mainly introduced the theoretical analysis, experiment confirmation and model building of photoperforation based on gold nanoparticles. Associate professor Zhao Yongxi from the Biological Information Center reported the new photobiological sensor technology based on signal amplification structured by the research group and its application in the test of microRNA, telomere enzyme, methylate enzyme and heavy metal ion. Teacher Dong Yanhua reported the optical sensor array of nanomaterial in the test and identification of protein.
As the chairman of Next Nanobiomedicine and Photoelectricity Seminar cross the Strait, professor Zhang Zhenxi from XJTU warmly invited the attendees and more scholars and experts to go to Xi'an to attend the Second Nanobiomedicine and Photoelectricity Seminar cross the Strait in 2016.
