Student Delegation from XJTU Visits Tokyo University of Science
From September 21 to 27, a delegation of XJTU students visited the Noda campus of Tokyo University of Science. During their stay, they visited the photocatalysis research institute and several laboratories of the university, exchanged ideas with their peers in Japan, and participated in a number of activities, including lectures on language and culture.
The head of the Science and Engineering Department of Tokyo University of Science Professor Kitamura Haruyuki and the former vice president of Tokyo University of Science and XJTU adjunct professor Kikuchi Masanori gave presentations on the long history and current priorities of Tokyo University of Science. Lecturer Yang Fusheng from the XJTU School of Chemical Engineering gave an overview of current programs and activities at XJTU, including many devoted to promoting international exchange. In addition, he explained the structure and organization of the School of Chemical Engineering and its ongoing exchange and cooperative research with Tokyo University of Science.
Later, the delegation visited Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA) and the laboratories of Tokyo University of Science.
